Bussan Auto Finance (BAFF) Director Charles Gultom Resigns


Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) said that Director Charles Gultom has resigned from his position. The announcement refers to Financial Services Authority Regulation no. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning Directors and

Board of Commissioners of an Issuer or Public Company.

Citing information disclosure from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), the company received the resignation letter on March 25 2024.

“We hereby inform you that on March 25 2024, the Company has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Charles Gultom as Director of the Company,” wrote management, Thursday (28/3).

Furthermore, to comply with the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association, the resignation will be submitted at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

For your information, Charles Gultom is an Indonesian citizen who was born in 1974. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Trisakti University, Economics in 1997.

Before joining the Company, he held several positions including Bankcard Risk Analytics & Credit Policy Manager at Citibank NA (2003-2006), Credit Initiation & Maintenance AVP at PT ANZ Panin Bank (2006-2007), Risk MIS Analytics & Scoring Senior Division Head at PT Adira Finance (2007-2012).

Then he also served as Collection Strategic Senior Vice President at PT Bank Danamon (2012-2015), several Life Insurance companies (2015-2017).

He joined the Company as Division Head Credit Policy (2017-2020), and served as Deputy Director (2018-2020) before being appointed as Director of the Company. Appointed for the first time as Director of the Company since 2020 based on the Company’s Annual GMS dated April 16 2020 which was confirmed in the Deed of GMS Decision Statement No. 04 dated 15 May 2020.

He is the Director who directs and supervises all activities of the Field Collection, Tele Collection, Operation Strategic & Development, Operation Support and Operation & Asset Management Divisions. There is no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners and major or controlling shareholders.
